Dive Light & Torch
Underwater dive torches allow divers to see in dark places and replace colours quickly lost whilst underwater, returning the reds to what you see and photograph. A good torch should be taken on all dives as even on the brightest day light cannot reach certain places like inside wrecks and caves.
An essential tool you should take at least one torch on every dive to see in dark environments and as visual communications in the water. Dive lights are specifically designed for scuba diving with water tight seals and some have special pressure release valves to protect you and your torch. Working in the water dive lights can be brighter than traditional torches because the heat produced by the light can dissipate faster in the water.
